Return and Refund Policy
Each piece at ARTPLUGSHOP.COM is part of a limited edition of 100 worldwide. Items are created to order and are not restocked. Returns refunds and exchanges are not available for change of mind, wrong size, color or personal preference.
Exceptions
A replacement or refund may be issued only if one of the following applies
- The product arrives damaged in transit
- The product has a clear manufacturing defect
How to request help
If you experience an issue please use the order link provided in your confirmation or shipping email. From there you can check the status of your order and submit a claim directly. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. Do not send emails directly to us as the order portal is the only way to ensure a fast resolution.
EU and UK compliance
Customers normally have a right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. This right does not apply to goods that are made to order or customized under Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(c). Since every product in our store is uniquely created for you the withdrawal right is waived. Your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.
Australia and New Zealand compliance
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian or New Zealand Consumer Law. Customers in these regions are entitled to a remedy if goods are faulty unsafe or not as described.
