Warranty

All products sold to customers in the European Union and Northern Ireland include a two-year warranty under Directive 1999/44/EC. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faulty materials. It does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.

Product origin

Our products are produced in collaboration with trusted global manufacturing partners located in the United States, Europe, and Asia. Country of origin may vary by product and will be noted on packaging or labeling where required.

Care instructions

To ensure the longevity of your collectible products, please follow care guidelines provided on each product page and label. Typical textile care instructions include:

• Machine wash cold, maximum 30°C / 90°F
• Non-chlorine bleach as needed
• Tumble dry medium
• Iron on low heat if necessary
• Do not dry clean

Warnings and hazards

Unless otherwise stated, products are intended for adult use. Certain items may not be suitable for children under 3 years of age due to small parts. Always check product descriptions for specific warnings.

Consumer rights

This Compliance and Safety Policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable law. Customers in Australia and New Zealand retain full rights under local Consumer Law, including remedies for goods that are faulty, unsafe, or not as described.
